Lab Services

LabCorp is located in our office. On-site laboratory services saves patients a trip to a separate facility and eliminates the need to coordinate services between the lab and the primary care physician. Lab work done on-site, at our Mill Creek office, has the advantage of a faster and more direct connection to the physician who ordered it.

Please note that LabCorp is a separate company from our clinic. If you have billing, scheduling, or any other questions for the lab, please call 800-845-6167.

Lab Hours:

  • Monday through Friday— 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday/Sunday — Closed

Please note that our lab hours are not the same as our regular clinic hours.

The following laboratory work we can do on-site:

  • Pregnancy tests
  • Urinalysis
  • Strep throat screens
  • Blood counts

We notify patients of normal lab results by mail. Abnormal results are handled by phone or in-person.

Laboratory tests performed on-site are billed through LabCorp or Cellnetix. You may receive a separate bill from one of these labs. Please make sure these labs are participating in your insurance network.

Please allow up to one week for your doctor to notify you of test results.
