Pami Ellis, ARNP
Pami Ellis is a board certified family nurse practitioner and licensed advanced registered nurse practitioner. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at California State University Fullerton, and Bachelor of Arts in music at Biola University.

William W. Bacon, MD
Dr. Bacon has been with Mill Creek Family Practice since 1989. He earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of Washington and completed his residency at Swedish Hospital in Seattle.
Matthew Price, MD
Dr. Price has been with Mill Creek Family Practice since 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and completed his residency at Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA.
Stephen Stukovsky, MD
Dr. Stukovsky joined Mill Creek Family Practice in 2007 after completing his residency at the University of Washington. He has enhanced training in dermatologic procedures and received an Area of Concentration Award from the University of Washington for his extensive study in the care of skin.
Swapna Bobba, MD
Dr. Swapna Bobba has over twelve years of experience as a family practice physician. She completed her family practice residency at Central Washington Family Medicine in Yakima, Washington. Haley Anthes, ARNP
Haley is an advanced registered nurse practitioner who is board certified in family medicine. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Frontier Nursing University.
Gone, but not forgotten.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of Dr. Daniel Riegel.
Dr. Riegel passed away peacefully on Wednesday 11/10/2021 after a brave battle with cancer, at the age of 67.
He will be greatly missed by his loving family, friends, colleagues and patients.
