Mill Creek Family Practice Is Joining The Everett Clinic – Optum

It is and has always been our greatest priority to provide the very best in up to date, compassionate, and timely medical care. To that end, we are very pleased to announce that effective April 1st, 2023, Mill Creek Family Practice is joining The Everett Clinic, part of Optum. The Everett Clinic is a multi-specialty medical group with over 30 sites of care in Snohomish, King, Whatcom, and Skagit Counties. Optum is a nationwide family of doctors dedicated to connecting every aspect of health and healthcare and making it simpler. They have very similar values to Mill Creek Family Practice and are physician-led, patient-centered, and focused on quality care. 

We understand that change can be challenging and want to reassure you that your relationship with your provider will not change, and you will continue to see the same friendly faces when you come into the clinic. You may, however, receive notification from your health plan that your provider is no longer a participating or contracted provider. However, rest assured your provider will participate with most health plans through The Everett Clinic starting April 1st, 2023. We are working to make the change as seamless as possible for you, our valued patients. If you receive any information from your insurance provider regarding your ability to see your current Primary Care Provider, please contact our office for assistance.

In the short term, our clinic will continue to use our existing brand, which helps us preserve our history, while still embracing our exciting new future. The Everett Clinic, part of Optum, will be listed on your billing statement as of April 1st, 2023. Any services prior to April 1st, 2023, will continue to be billed from Mill Creek Family Practice in a separate statement. In the longer term, we will grow to provide you with even more services.
